speaker and enclosure for a Deluxe 5E3

I am about to embark on my first amp build and have decided on building a Tweed Deluxe 5E3 (apx 15 watts)

It will be built as an amp head.

It will be primarily used for a custom Telecaster Custom with a FWR Humbucker in the neck and a Dimarzio Twang King bridge PUP.

we're looking for that Jerry Reed country twang.

for the speaker bin my questions are:

what would be a good speaker(s) to match to this

what size cabinet?

closed? ported?

this is a practice amp and not really for stage use.
