You don't have to use Paint to overlay the plots, LT Spice will do it for you. For example, right click on the series cap and set its value to {1n*a} then...

I too tried HTTrack and after a leisurely 36 hours it said it was done. It's a 9.7 GB file. It works fine for offline browsing and searching but there's a...

The Megaswitches I have are open switches like the one below so you can see how they work. They are 4P 5W with two poles per wafer. Pins 1 and 2 are not internally...

The schematic looks OK but he has drawn a 3 pole 4 way switch not a 4 pole 3 way and the bottom 2 sections of the Magaswitch are not used.
What...

Sorry, I don't remember talking about thermal stability but I'm sure it will be fine as it is without the zener....

It shouldn't trigger on AC signal swing as AC is filtered out by R43,C14,15. I think it triggers to protect the speakers if there's DC on the output i.e....

I think you have the resistor values reversed. Make R10 15k and R8 1k5 then it should work. Why not 23V ? ...

Yes, an order of magnitude (or more). The current set by R12 is the emitter current. The base current is emitter current divided by transistor current gain...

They must have run out of 10k
I'd chose the value so that the potential divider current is large compared to Q1 base current....

The R8,R10 potential divider sets 23V across R10, subtracting 1V for the Vbe of Q1 puts 22V across R12 (2k2) which defines a current of 10mA for Q1 emitter...Last edited by Dave H; 01-15-2023, 06:17 PM.
