Was wondering what these go for in a non functional mode unable to test
Probably not very much, perhaps $50 to $100 USD. One thing to look for is transformers that have broken mounts to the chassis. If the amp must be shipped, blocks should be installed to prevent the transformers from breaking loose. Does the amp have tubes? Is the fuse blown? Without more information, the worst must be assumed and the price will be commensurate.

Thank you for your response the fuse is good and has power light lit sorry it does have tubes
