Lenard Audio on guitar amps?

Hi all,

Has anyone seen this before?

http://lenardaudio.com/education/13_guitar_amps.html

and what do you think? (I like it because he recommends regulated screen supplies, so I don't feel like I wasted the best years of my life developing one, when I should have wasted them getting drunk and high instead.)

I'm not sure about this but I kind of thought screens being unregulated helped dynamically (changes response when playing as input strength changes), helped expressiveness as opposed to say having a gigantic 10,000uF cap feeding the screens or regulating them so the voltage doesn't change. I suppose you can use more or less sophisticated circuitry as long as it sounds good. Interesting opinions though.
